It is agreed and acknowledged that your appointment is to render services under the Agent Agreement, which is a part of Agent Recruitment Docket (Agreement) to the Head Office of Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited (Aviva) at Gurgaon and you shall be responsible to the Head Office for performance of the obligations under the agreement. This confirmation shall read as a part and parcel of your Agreement and shall prevail over anything to the contrary stated in the Agreement.
